Jörg Riecke

Jörg Riecke is a Professor of German Studies at the University of Heidelberg. His work is in German linguistics and its applications in history and medicine. He is cofounder and director of the Europäischen Zentrum für Sprachwissenschaften (European Center for Linguistics). He is coeditor of the series Lingua Historica Germanica, the journal “Dituria”: Zeitschrift für Germanistische Sprach- und Literaturwissenschaft, and the series Schriften des Europäischen Zentrum für Sprachwissenschaften.
