Omar Shahabudin McDoom is a comparative political scientist in the Department of Government at the London School of Economics. His work has been published in International Security, the Journal of Conflict Resolution, and the Journal of Peace Research. He has held research fellowships at Harvard and Oxford universities and previously worked for the World Bank and the United Nations.
