Raghavendra Gadagkar

Raghavendra Gadagkar holds the Year of Science Chair Professorship at the Indian Institute of Science, awarded by the Indian Department of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Indian National Science Academy, the World Academy of Sciences, Leopoldina (the German National Science Academy), the United States National Academy of Sciences, and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. The Animal Behavior Society named him their 2021 Distinguished Animal Behaviorist, for outstanding lifetime achievement in animal behavior research.
