Robert MacLean Losee

Robert MacLean Losee is retired from his position as a Professor in the School of Information and Library Science at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He is the author of several monographs, including Predicting Information Retrieval Performance: Synthesis Lectures on Information Concepts, Retrieval, and Services (Morgan and Claypool, 2018) and Information from Processes: About the Nature of Information Creation, Use, and Representation (Springer, 2012).
