Ron Naaman holds the Aryeh and Mintzi Katzman Chair in Chemical Physics at the Weizmann Institute of Science. He studies the electronic properties of organic-inorganic interfaces and the interaction of electrons with self-assembled monolayers and the electronic interactions within these hybrid structures. He is the recipient of many awards, including the Israel Vacuum Society Research Excellence Prize and the Technion Kolthof Prize (2015). He is also a fellow of the American Physical Society.
